With LifeGuides, employees choose their guide(s) based on shared life experience, introduction videos and bios, and schedule a time to chat confidentially via phone, video, or text. 

Our Guides live within the intersection of mentoring, coaching, executive education, concierge services, positive psychology and talking to a good friend.   

LifeGuides is not focused on true crisis, like an EAP or mental health service, yet it complements and elevates those programs and other wellbeing offerings you have.
